This is a Chinese (Norinco) NDM-86 SVD Dragunov in. There are so many loads for this round, it is hard to list them all. It comes from the collection of Dominion Defense LLC. In this case, the caliber is more of a curiosity than the rifle itself, as we have a Chinese NDM-86 SVD clone chambered in 7.62 NATO.
